An experienced stager will visit the home and walk through each room to get a first look at areas or rooms that require recommendations in order to properly prepare the home for sale. The stager will take reference photos of each room to assist in preparing detailed staging report with steps to declutter, furniture placement, paint suggestions as well as recommendations for lighting, flooring, faucets in a design board with shopable links for direct purchase.. The stager will prioritize tasks for the homeowner and realtor so they can make an informed decision and prioritize which items need to be addressed based on budget and time constraints. The homeowner does not need to take notes as the report will list recommendations room by room.
