Grant Boulevard Interiors is an award winning interior design and occupied home staging firm that serves the Washington, DC metro area. Owned by Terri Smith Langdon, we offer a range of services to clients with interior design projects. We love creating beautiful and functional spaces that reflect our clients' personal style..

Terri has been in the home staging and interior design business for over 10 years. Grant Boulevard Interiors is named after her maternal grandparents home at 561 Grant Boulevard in Syracuse, NY. Her grandmother decorated the beautiful home where her mother grew up and she spent time as a young child with her grandparents.The home was elegant and the furnishings were not only classic but put together so beautifully. She and her entire family enjoy many of those furnishings in their homes today over 60 years later. The maple leaf logo comes from the colorful Fall leaves in upstate NY that her grandmother would gather and then iron in between wax paper and send to each of her grandchildren with a special poem.

For clients with residential design projects, Grant Boulevard Interiors provides comprehensive design services from start to finish. We begin by understanding vision and goals for the space, and then develop a customized design plan that includes space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and material choices. We work closely with our clients throughout the entire design process, ensuring that your vision is brought to life in your home or short term rental.

In addition to interior design projects, Grant Boulevard Interiors also offers award winning occupied staging consultations. This service is ideal for clients who are looking to sell their home and want to showcase its full potential to potential buyers. Our team at Grant Boulevard Interiors will assess the current state of the home and provide recommendations for enhancing its appeal. We will work with the existing furniture and decor to create a cohesive and inviting space that will attract buyers and create beautiful listing photos.

We were relocating and our home in McLean was completely empty. Before it went on the market, Grant Boulevard brought it to life with staged furniture. We got three offers the first weekend. The successful homebuyers liked the furnishings so much that they made a side deal with Grant Boulevard to purchase much of the staging furniture. Clearly, they were a key part of our successful sale.
